🛠 Repair Portal Access
We have created a Repair Partner account for your organisation in our Repair Portal. This will allow you to book jobs directly into our system in advance of sending them over to us. You should have received an email with your login details. Let me know if you have any questions or issues setting up your account or creating orders.
When creating orders in the repair portal, please make sure you enter the End User Details as this is required by Apple. It also enables us get in touch with them with any issues or requests during the service process.
Apple require the Find My Device feature be deactivated before we are able to create any repairs in Apple’s systems. After you enter the device’s serial number, the repair portal will let you know if Find Device is active on the device during order creation. If it is active, please ensure that you step the customer through this process on iCloud.com before submitting any devices for repair. Step by step instructions can be found here: Find My If this is not done, we will be unable to proceed with the repair and will need to contact the customer directly to arrange for it to be deactivated, causing delays in the service timeline.
The other main question we would have for all your customers is with regard to data backups. Please make notes in the Details field as to whether data on the device is important, and if it is backed up or not. Thanks!
Please note that all transport costs to and from our service location are to be borne by either the vendor or the customer. Our preferred freight method is Australia Post parcel, as we can adhere to a consistent method of getting service devices back and forth in a timely fashion. You can provide pre-paid labels for us to attach to the device for return. Please let us know what works for you in this regard.
Almost all warranty and out-of-warranty repairs can be performed at our Lismore workshop. Our average turn around time for most Mac repairs is 48 hours, and for iPhone repairs it varies between 24 hours for same unit repairs, and 7 working days for Mail-In repairs which need to be sent to Apple’s repair centre in Sydney.
